Terms & Policies

This policy governs all services provided by Hajj Umrah Rentals related to Hajj and Umrah transportation, ziyarat tours, religious services, and related activities. By booking with us, customers and service providers (drivers/partners) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Customer Policy

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.Payments are processed in advance and are non-transferable.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate travel details (arrival time, pickup location, contact information). Any delays caused by inaccurate information will not be the Company’s liability. o Customers must comply with local laws and respect religious guidelines during travel.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellation: More than 72 hours before the service → 75% refund (25% cancellation fee). 48–72 hours before service → 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before service → No refund. No-Show Policy: No refund if the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time.

2. Driver/Service Provider Policy

1. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must be licensed and approved by local authorities. Drivers must maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and punctuality. Drivers must respect religious values and customer privacy.

2. Driver Payments

Payments to drivers will be released weekly or after completion of confirmed services. Drivers must provide proof of service completion (customer signature/confirmation).

3. Driver Cancellations

If a driver cancels less than 48 hours before the service, a penalty will apply (deduction from next payment). Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

3. Company Policy

1. Service Assurance

The Company ensures professional drivers, safe vehicles (SUV/Sedan), and reliable services. In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, emergencies), the Company will inform customers promptly.

2. Liability Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). The Company is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

3. Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Compliance & Legal

1. The Company complies with UAE and Saudi Arabia business regulations.

2. All customer data will be protected under GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

3. The Company reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
